Do you deliver across Scandinavia?
Yes. Denmark in 1–2 working days. Sweden and Norway in 2–3 days. Finland and Iceland in 3–5 days. Orders over DKK 499 ship complimentary.
Do you ship outside Scandinavia?
Yes — we ship to the rest of the EU in 4–7 working days. For destinations beyond the EU, write to the atelier and we will arrange it directly.
Are your fragrances authentic?
Every bottle is composed and filled by the house. We sell direct, never through resellers. Each edition is signed by the maker.
How long does each fragrance last on the skin?
Between 6 and 10 hours depending on the fragrance, the wearer's skin chemistry, and ambient temperature. Oud-based fragrances last longest.
What is your returns policy?
Unopened bottles can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Opened bottles are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Can I commission a custom fragrance?
